Panonika Harmonika is social gathering of music lovers from different countries of Pannonia, joined together by the love for accordion, quality national music and positive energy and real cuisine and vintage wines from different regions of the countries surrounding Slovenia.

One of the peaks of the festival will be Sunday breaking of till now valid record in the synchronous playing of accordion as we intend to break the world record which is recognized by the Guinness book of records. We are determined once again after 20 years to join Slovenes and to play together in the heart of Europe our known compositions Golica and V dolini tihi. Join us!

We would like to emphasise the meaning of accordion in different cultures of Pannonia and at the same time to stimulate gathering and connecting of its inhabitants. There will appear bands of different types of music, from folk to ethnic and classical music. Thus we will witness strong tradition of accordion playing and happiness thus originating. By all means, the festival turns into important part of musical and cultural events in the south-eastern part of Slovenia and it enriches the cultural legacy of this part of Europe.

During the three festival days, the entertainers from many countries, top national and foreign masters of accordion will appear. The creative workshops of learning of traditional instrument will take place and the history of playing of accordion in Slovenia will be presented.

The event shall be accompanied by tastings and presentations of winemakers and culinary specialties from different regions of Pannonia. The craftsmen, cottage industry, active of farm women with their home made bakery and many other interesting guests shall present themselves.

At the same time, the festival is an excellent starting point for tourist promotion of Posavje and wider region and entire Slovenia as the pearl of various possibilities and quality spending of free time. Come and get to know Slovenia as you have never tasted it or felt it before.
